SPECIAL ATTENTION: So we are able to focus on producing and wrapping-up a top-notch 2026 Ho’omau 5K, 10K & Half Marathon, our availability to respond to inquiries is currently limited. Although we will do our best to review messages for urgency, please know the following:

Before Race Day:

1. Urgent or not, if the answer to your question can be found on our website, we will assume you received this message then did some additional digging and found what you were looking for there.

2. If you are reaching out to ask for an exception to one of our policies, please understand that we feel very strongly about treating everyone equally so exceptions will not be made. In the interest of time… a response will not be sent restating our position on the matter.

After Race Day:

1. Results provided on race day are preliminary and need to be validated, then it takes time to get several thousand photos ready for your viewing pleasure. Please keep an eye on our Results & Photos page for final links.

2. To be sure we get everything out as quickly as possible, we will not be responding to messages of any kind asking for status updates. Instead, please keep an eye on the event page of our website… we’ll keep you posted there.
