From the home of Wai Kai, soon to be one of the region’s most popular resort destinations, Aloha Racing brings our 4th annual Akahai 5K, 10K & Half Marathon! Along with its sister event in July, Laule’a, these flat & fast courses include spectacular views of the Hoakalei Country Club and Ernie Els’ signature golf course (home of the LPGA LOTTE Championship), as well as O’ahu’s breathtaking Leeward Coast at Nimitz Beach. Athletes will be embraced by the beauty of the island, creating memories to last a lifetime.

and financial aid programs, your donation when you register will make a difference!
We know money can get tight sometimes, but you can still help! Volunteers who sign up online can choose to have
$25 added to the funds we send Hawaii Parkinson Association!

Volunteer
Without volunteers, these events simply aren’t possible!
From packet pick-up and registration to course marshals and meal service, there are tons of ways you can help. Sure… when you volunteer, you can look forward to that warm & fuzzy feeling that comes by sharing so much aloha, but there’s WAY more to it than that. There’s no experience necessary but space is limited, so please let us know you’re available right away!

Directions: Wai Kai is located on O’ahu’s leeward side, very near the coast in Ewa Beach. Click the link in the maps section above for individual directions or just make your way to Ft Weaver Rd via H1 & head south. Turn right on Keone’ula Blvd & travel about a mile west… you won’t be able to miss us.
Parking: Athlete & spectator parking will be allowed in both the paved and gravel lots, but to avoid congestion and to be sure space remains available for those not associated with our event… if you don’t mind the gravel, please make an immediate left as you enter Wai Kai and follow the directions of lot attendants.
Sustainability: Please refrain from bringing any single-use plastic containers with you on race day, as Wai Kai mandates sustainability practices as a part of our permit.
